*ALL TAMALES ARE WEIGHED FOR ACCURACY. No 2 are identical in size. 

*ALL orders MUST be preordered and paid at time of ordering. Or just swing by to see what we have today. 

*No two tamales are the same in size! 

*We weigh all our dozens at 4lbs and more

*Our dozens will yield 11-14 tamales

*All our tamales are considered Mild-Med everyones taste buds are different if you are sensitive, please add $5 and order MILD. No special orders during busy seasons. 

*We use all Chiles, however mostly New Mexico Chiles. 

*Hair Like Strands are from corn not humans. 

* Easy to Steam-Uncooked Frozen steam on high for about 60-75 minutes, let cool uncovered about 10 minutes. Do NOT thaw fillings will run, and keep paper on. 

*Tamales freeze well up to one year.

*All our tamales are MADE TO ORDER just for YOU! 

*Pick up is in Temecula

*Delivery available for Extra Charge depending on mileage. Fee is not less than $15-25 as drivers will not deliver for less. 

Any regular non holiday season it’s 3- days notice in advance. 

We sell uncooked and cooked frozen tamales

they freeze up to one year. 

During October -December NO PRE ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN AND ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. DURING THIS TIME ITS EXTREMELY BUSY SO WE KEEP IT VERY SIMPLE TO OUR TOP SOLD, PORK, CHICKEN AND NO MEAT VARIETY. You can always order ahead and freeze yourself before the holiday so you won't miss out. They are easy to steam. We do not have freezer room to store. we appreciate your understanding during the holiday time.
