Street Taco Parties all includes up to 3 Meats, Rice, Beans, Homemade Tortilla Chips, Corn Tortillas,  Condiments such as Cilantro n Onions, Shredded Lettuce, Mexican Sour Cream, Tomato Salsa, Guacamole Spicy Salsa and Fire Smoked Salsa. Start at $14.99 per person Minimum of 60 guests for ONSITE SERVICE.  Add Fish or Shrimp $5 more per guest 

Note: We offer DROP OFF and SET UP ONLY for parties less than 60. Or FREE pick up on any trays or catering order. 

We also do On-site Serving Buffet Style (guests come up) and we serve or On Site Grilling and Serving. Fee’s are optional on ANY PACKAGE. from $399 and up ( 3 hours) 

 Additional workers/servers are available $100 per one hour and are necessary for Cocktail Hour.

Nana’s Award Winning New Mexico Chile Verde Plate with Chunks of Pork and Diced Potatoes, Refried Beans, Spanish Rice, Homemade Tortilla Chips, Flour and Corn Tortillas, Shredded Lettuce, Pico de Gallo, Shredded Cheese, Crema, and Tomato Salsa. 

Chile Colorado (New Mexico Red Chile)  with Diced Pork or Chicken (all else is same as above) 

Mole Chicken in a Smokey Red Chocolate Cinnamon Sauce With A little kick, Refried beans, Rice, Shredded Lettuce, Corn Tortilla, Homemade Chips, Pico De Gallo and Salsa. 

Nana’s Tamales and New Mexico Enchilada Casserole, Served with a perfect portion of Red or Green Enchiladas filled with Chicken or Pork and layers of Cheese, with diced onions and black olives, along with Nana’s Tamales. Red or Green Traditional Pork or Chicken Tamales. Served with Beans, Rice, Shredded Lettuce, and Pico de Gallo, plus Mexican Crema and Homemade Chips. 

Premium Beef Ropa Veija (My Puerto Rican Heritage)  braised beef in Red Chile Sauce smothered in bell peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes and sofrito (A carribean staple marinade)  

Chile Colorado New Mexico Red Chile with Premium Diced Beef. 

Barbacoa, Tender Shredded Beef in Red Spicy Sauce Or Mild Medium. 

Al Mojo De Ajo (Grilled Shrimps in Garlic Butter Sauce) 

Grilled Fish and Shrimp Taco Bar with toppings such as shredded cabbage, cotija cheese, Mexican Cream, and Chunky Guacamole. 

Arroz con Camarones large Wild Caught Shrimp Served over a bed of white Jasmine Cilantro Rice served with Black Beans De la Olla

Fajita/ Nacho/Tostada Bar 

 Juicy Chicken, Delicious Carnitas, Premium Diced Beef, Grilled Garlic Shrimp, Grilled Veggies Zucchini, Mushrooms, Grilled Peppers, Onions, Corn with Black Beans, Shredded Lettuce, Shredded Cheese, Guacamole salsa, Salsa Fresca Pico de Gallo, Tostada Shells and Homemade Chips, Refried Beans, Spanish Rice. 

We offer Refried, Whole Beans, Traditional and Black. Traditional Spanish Rice, White Jasmine Cilantro Lime Infused. 

Hamburgers, Baja Wrapped Bacon Hot Dogs with grilled veggies, Old Fashion Macaroni Salad and Potato Salad, On big freshly baked buns. With homemade Thousand Island Dressing, Shredded Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese, Onions, along with mini nachos with creamy nacho sauce and homemade chips. And Salsa.

Choose from Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli Fettuchini, Egg noodle Lasagne with Ground Beef, Pork, Sausage and Turkey and 5 Cheeses, and we do a Pasta and Veggies for non meat eaters. Plates are served with Nana’s Dinner Salad with pieces of deli ham, salami, and cheese cubes, Italian Dressing, and freshly baked dinner rolls With garlic butter spread. You can choose 2 kinds of Pastas.
