I’m Michelle Ann, sober since 2012 and founder of She Chose Herself and Nana’s Tamales 2007. I’m a faith-based women’s healing coach, recovery mentor, and trauma-informed guide. My passion is helping women get unstuck from fear, shame, and limiting beliefs so they can live free, confident, and aligned with who God created them to be.

Through coaching, workshops, and healing programs, I walk beside women who are ready to heal from their past, find emotional balance, and rediscover self-worth and purpose.

Personalized one-on-one coaching designed to help you identify patterns, rebuild confidence, and create emotional freedom. Together, we work through healing from trauma, codependency, and old narratives that keep you stuck.

Faith-based and trauma-informed group sessions that bring women together in a safe, supportive environment. We focus on healing, mindset shifts, forgiveness, and self-discovery—because we heal in community.

Created for women walking through sobriety or early recovery, this mentoring space offers accountability, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. Learn to love yourself again and build a life rooted in peace and purpose.
