At Nana’s Tamales, every batch is handcrafted with love, authenticity, and quality ingredients. Here's everything you need to know when placing your order:

• All tamales are made to order and weighed for accuracy. No two are identical—each one is handmade with care.
   
• Dozens weigh 4 lbs or more, typically yielding 11–14 tamales.
   
• All tamales are mild to medium in heat, depending on your taste. If you prefer extra mild or extra hot, we’ve got you covered!
   

Want to take your tamales to the next level? Add any of the following upgrades:

• Add Cheese – $10 per dozen
   
• Extra Meat – $10 per dozen
   
• Extra HOT – $5 per dozen
   
• Extra MILD – $5 per dozen

• Nana’s Signature Masa – $15 per pound (Perfect for making your own tamales at home!)
   
• Red or Green Chile Sauce – $10 per 16 oz container (Amazing over tamales or enchiladas!)
   

• Tamales are sold uncooked and frozen (cooked options available upon request).
   
• To cook: Steam from frozen for 60 minutes on high, then let cool uncovered for 10 minutes.
  Do NOT thaw before steaming. Keep paper on while cooking.
   
• Tamales can be frozen for up to one year.
   

• All orders must be prepaid at time of ordering.
