We are Temecula’s ONLY tamale factory that makes everything from scratch. We are very New Mexico specific which means flavor overload! We keep our menu very simple everything smothered in Red Or Green Chile and that doesn’t mean hot it means FLAVORFUL. We do not water down our foods. They are made in small batches fresh daily. All our Chiles come in from New Mexico. It’s all about the green and red. We are a non fussy environment meaning you order at counter and take back to your seats and eat. Or order to go. We do not have waitresses. We are a family owned business who also lives here. We love our city and we love to serve our customers with the hospitality and love that New Mexico is known for just like my Nana and Mom taught me. We cater a more extensive menu than our restaurant and each menu is specific to your event. We offer pick up trays or drop off trays by 25, 50, 75 or 100. Plus.
